Our fluoroglow maize combines high visibility fluorescent yellow, with a high grade luminous green additive, giving a night time glow of up to 8 hours when fully charged. Charge the maize for approximately 1- 2 minutes, slowly rotating it in the beam to ensure all areas are fully charged. Charge times will vary depending on the type of torch being used. We recommend that you use our U.V. torch sold separately, for charging within 20 seconds. After the initial very bright glow, the maize will continue to glow for several hours at a reduced level. We recommend recharging after 3-4 hours to maintain a good glow. Fluorescent yellow has proved to be a great daytime colour particularly in winter, and by combining it with the effectiveness of luminous green, we have developed arguably the ultimate imitation bait.>

Buoyant imitation maize, soft enough to use on the hook or hair rig that is resistant to the attentions of nuisance species including Crayfish. Popup maize is best fished on a hair rig over a bed of real maize or corn. It can be used popped up on it’s own or in conjunction with real maize, to produce a critically balanced hook bait. As a guide: 1 grain will pop up a size 8 Carp hook. Packs contain 5 grains.>

A buoyant imitation split grain of hemp that can be used directly on a hook or hair rig. contains a soft white rubber kernel that makes hooking easy and ensures the hook stays firmly in place. Use a single grain on a small hook e.g. size 18, or multiple grains can be threaded onto a hair by passing a baiting needle through the soft kernel. The buoyancy of the grains will partly counterbalance the weight of the hook. As a guide: 10 grains will counterbalance a size 10 specimen type hook.>

High oil trout powder is made from high quality fishmeal and oils. Simply add water for a soft textured bait or add a beaten egg for a more firm textured tougher bait. A excellent all round paste bait for all species but a firm favorite for carp and tench. Carp and Trout Pellets. Empty contents into bait box, add enough water to cover and drain immediately. Ready to use in 10 minutes. Expander Pellets. In the bag method Place enough pellets for days requirement in a plastic bag and fill to the same level with cold water. Leave for 2 hours and pellets are soft enough to hook. You may need to squeeze pellets to sink for feeders. Pellet Pump Method – recommended. Fill Pump Pot with cold water, add pellets and pump until all pellets sink. Sieve off all excess water and place pellets in a bag and leave for 2 hours. Re pump pellets for feeding once on the bank to ensure they all sink.>
